Top Five Things You Should Know
- Find a good, challenging task and a good leader who can be a mentor.
- Provide the Co-op with adequate explanation, background, tools, and resources.
- Set up meetings to make sure the Co-op progresses on his/her assignment.
- Respond immediately to problems and issues.
- Insist on a final, formal exit briefing by the Co-op.
